Holt Recruitment is working with a beautiful articulated restaurant in Southampton, that offers their clientele the perfect balance of Asian Fusion Cuisine and imported wine for experiences like their tasting menu nights. They are looking for a Head Chef to join their kitchen on a permanent, full-time basis.
What’s the role?
Our client is looking for an Asian Fusion Cuisine Head Chef who will be responsible for the following:
Develop and create menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
Managing and leading a brigade of 6.
Provide training and support to your team.
Managing inventory and ordering stock, purchase orders, rotas, costings, budgets, profit and dealing with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. What do you need as a Head Chef in an Asian fusion restaurant?
Level 2/3 Food Hygiene

Experience in Asian Cuisine is essential.
