Art Teacher – Lewisham – PRU – MPS – UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) – ASAP Start * Art Teacher required in Lewisham * Art Teacher required to start ASAP * Art Teacher required in a PRU * Must hold QTS Can you commute to the London borough of Lewisham? Are you an experienced Art Teacher looking for a new role? Do you hold QTS? If you answered yes to the above, this Art Teacher role is for you! The role – Art Teacher For this Art Teacher role you will be working with KS3 & KS4 students and will be required to plan and deliver lessons and monitor student progress. You must be a creative, ambitious and proactive person with a passion for working with children. For this Art Teacher role you must hold QTS and have strong subject knowledge and will be reporting back to the Head of Department. You will be teaching students with challenging behaviour so effective behaviour management skills are required and you will have Teaching Assistant’s in class to assist you. The school – PRU The school is based in Lewisham and caters for students aged 11 – 16. They are committed to giving their students every opportunity to excel academically, to build positive relationships with their peers and adults, and to make positive contributions as independent and confident learners. The students will be equipped with the life skills required to make a positive impact in society.
