Area Visual Merchandiser | Birmingham | Salary up to £25,000 | Popular Fashion Retail | 4 Day Working Week
Due to extensive travel you MUST have a full valid driving license. COMPANY VCHILE WILL BE PROVIDED!
4 DAY WORKING WEEK! 32 Hours!
Shifts allocated throughout with week - only the occasional weekend!
No late nights! Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Visual Merchandiser with an expanding fashion retailer brand, based in Birmingham ! This role is responsible for leading key concessions and stores within the Birmingham area. Reporting into the head of retail, supporting all stores in your area with VM training and implementing seasonal strategies based on global guidelines.
We are looking for candidates with experience within fashion management or strong visual merchandising experience.
You will confidentially hold yourself accountable for your decisions and how you drive your business and "Own it". This position would be great for an experienced fashion manager or visual merchandiser who has a passion for stock, driving KPI' s, managing results and visual excellence.
Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Supports stores and colleagues to drive continual improvement across all areas
Identify and manage financial risks and ensure cost/sales delivery within the region
Visually strong with experience within stock management and attention to detail
Discuss and engage best practise with Store Management teams to think proactively and plan for longer term success
Have the courage to make unpopular decisions if they are the right thing This position is ideal for a senior retail manager or visual merchandiser who has experience working with fashion management, can create visuals and make key decisions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in latest trends and fashion. A real people person and enjoy customer engagement.
