Job Description
We are actively looking for an Area Supervisor with a Gas background to join the team within a leading Housing Contractor on a permanent basis. This role is based in Thurrock.

Gas Area Supervisor key responsibilities:
Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback
Work closely with the Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow
Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as required
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements and legislation
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction
Gas Area Supervisor experience and qualifications:
Experience working in domestic and gas safe registered
Previous supervisory experience is essential
Experience completing gas related works in social housing
A full UK driving licence is essential
Excellent communication and leadership skills
