Leading construction distributor of specialist fixings * Area Sales Manager role with growing national organisation Area Sales Manager - South East and London * This is a field home based / role covering the London and the South East. * Managing and developing a profitable and successful area selling the company's leading range dry-wall and facade supplies. * Route to market: M&E contractors, drywall, fit out and façade contractors and sub-contractors. * The expectation is approx. 3/4 client visits per day / average order value £1200 * Responsible for developing business / site visits and building strong relationships with customers * Supported by an internal coordinator that will support with admin, pricing and proposals. The company hiring an Area Sales Manager Our client are a leading national distributor of construction products, consumables and accessories. This established distributor have seen year-on-year- growth and are on track to be a £100M business within the next 6 years. Their exponential growth is partly due to their strong foundation of sales professionals who have enjoyed lucrative rewarding careers. This company are an attractive employer and their staff retention is exceptional with the average length of service above 7 years. With a realistic bonus an Area Sales Manager can expect to earn between £75k and £100K in year one. As this business scales further career opportunities will be forthcoming. My client is looking for a hunter with a strong, stable track record of success. The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager role * Construction field sales experience of selling, or strong knowledge of construction fixings,insulation, drywall or facades / facade supplies. The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager * up to £50,000 * Monthly paid OTE (3% on all new sales above 20% GP Current ASM's earn between (£60 and £100k+) * Hybrid company car or £500 per month allowance * 25 days holiday plus stats Ref: CPJ1657
