Job Title: Business Development Manager – Windows & Doors

Area to be covered: Midlands & North (Birmingham up)
Remuneration: £45,000 negotiable + £5,000-£10,000 bonus
Benefits: hybrid company car and comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors will involve:
* Business Development Manager position selling a range of PVC windows & doors
* All of your time will be spent selling window & door installers, contractors and window distributors / trade counter
* Typically 30 window frames per order
* Turnover target circa £1m
* Predominately new business and will be tasked to growing 9-10 new accounts
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors with:
* Must have sold direct to window & door installers, builders and contractors
* Must be from the fenestration market sector
* Experience of developing long term relationships with clients
* Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
* Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
