Role Responsibilities: * To develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed business targets and objectives * To cultivate and forge business relationships, undertaking routine dealer visits to maximise sale opportunities * To support the dealer network offering product training, product updates and demonstrations * To actively identify and develop new leads, consistently growing and developing the business * To attend and assist in the delivery of promotional events and industry exhibitions to increase brand presence * To develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the product range and offerings * To stay abreast of competitor activity, monitor industry trends and developments * To attend daily meeting and support the wider team when necessary Skills you will need: Essential: * Proven sales experience, in the agricultural, construction or forestry machinery sectors * An understanding and knowledge of ground preparation * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * The ability to build and nurture strong business relationships * Highly organised, able to manage your own diary and deadlines * Driven and self-motivated to meet business targets and needs * A team player able to work collaboratively and autonomously when required * Strong commercial and financial acumen * Committed to providing excellent customer service at all times * A UK driving licence with the desire and willingness to travel Remuneration: A competitive salary, commission structure, company vehicle, and benefits package
