We're on the hunt for an experienced Area Manager to help drive this launch and build a strong foundation for long-term success. As one of the brand's first hires in Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in store openings, team building, training, and strategy - with full support from the head office.
What You'll Be Doing:
Be a role model for the brand's culture and values
Drive sales performance and implement best practices across your region
Coach and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of store managers
