Job Title – Architectural Project Manager / Architectural Technologist Location – Lancashire Salary - up to £40k basic + fantastic benefits listed below Problem: Residential homes are responsible for using almost 30% of global energy and release over 20% of the world’s total carbon emissions. The Role * Interpret Architect & Customer ideas into workable manufacturing designs in line with Building Regulations. * Project Manage the more in-depth developments including working with designers, Structural Engineers, House Builders, Architects and Building Inspectors. * Provide Building Regulation support for customers and ensure sufficient quality checks * are in place. * Design and run CPD training to educate and become a subject matter specialist. * Inspire new products to keep the company ahead in their field. * Create visualisations using CGI What you need to have for this position: * Experience as an Architectural Technician/ Technologist * Experience of managing projects from start to finish * Good communication and people management skills * Excellent presentation skills * Attention to detail * 3D modelling in packages such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Rhino, Lumion * Knowledge of Building Regulations in all parts of the UK What the offer: * Basic Salary - up to £40k * Flexi time available * Option to Hybrid after settled in * Health shield * Pension Contribution (Aviva) * 32 Days Holiday * Life Assurance Architectural Project Manager / Architectural Technologist – up to £40k Basic plus benefits Hodfin specialise in engineering recruitment.
