Job Description
LNT Care Developments is the UK's leading purpose build residential care home developer and constructor. Over 30 years of innovation, within our vertically integrated model, has allowed us to perfect the care home designs. LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments are looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician (Graduate level also considered) to work within our Technical Design team who will be responsible for the production and organisation of design information.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist in the design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to completion.
* To work closely with all in house disciplines, site teams and external consultants.
* To prepare technical and detailed drawings.
* To attend site meetings from time to time with sites situated nationwide.
* To undertake full Building Regulation submissions.
Key Requirements:
* Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications.
* Hardworking with an eye for detail.
* Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations.
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Strong problem solver and communicator.
* Work efficiently as part of a team.
