APC Building Surveyor
An award winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an APC Building Surveyor to join their team in Reading. Their work is rich and varied, including new developments, regeneration and refurbishment projects in the private and public sectors. Working as part of an experienced team your advice will be crucial for the successful design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of a wide property portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities of the APC Building Surveyor:
* Assist with project and professional surveying duties
* Assist with design, project management and contract administration
* Assist with specification writing, tendering
* Building and condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall
Skills & Experience of the APC Building Surveyor:
* Degree in Building Surveying
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Passion to become Chartered
