Role: Agricultural Service Advisor
Salary: Up to £30,000 - £34,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm - Saturdays on rotation 8am - 1pm
Location: Wincanton
Agricultural Service Advisor Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Book in machines that need fixing and explain what needs to be done.
* Team Organisation: Tell the engineers what jobs to do each day.
* Office Admin: Sort out paperwork, like job sheets, invoices, and payments.
* Solving Problems: Help fix technical issues over the phone if customers need advice.
Agricultural Service Advisor Requirements
* Previous experience in the agricultural industry
* Strong customer service, communication, and satisfaction skills
* Proven ability in inventory control and stock management
* Organised, with an analytical approach to handling customer queries
* High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer skills
* Motivation to upsell and identify new sales opportunities
