What You’ll Do as an Agricultural Engineer: * Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with agricultural machinery and systems. * Oversee maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance. * Work across workshop and mobile service environments, providing on-site support to customers as needed. What We’re Looking For in an Agricultural Engineer: * Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Land-Based or Plant Engineering. Candidates with 10+ years of current relevant experience are also welcome. * Experience: Proficiency with diagnostic tools in agricultural machinery is advantageous. * Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills. * Team Player: Willingness to support the team, particularly during busy harvest seasons with overtime opportunities.
