Agile Delivery Manager – Contract Role 📍 Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per month onsite in Cardiff) 💷 Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (Inside IR35) ⏳ Contract Length: 6 months (with potential to extend) About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of key software and cloud-based projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple agile teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and have a passion for Agile methodologies, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Lead 2-3 agile product development teams to deliver features and capabilities. Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Development Leads to plan and deliver sprints effectively. Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and issues, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed with clear and concise reporting. Oversee SDLC processes, particularly for web-based or cloud-based projects. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery. Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office to track progress and drive accountability. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban). Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience delivering web or cloud-based projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. Desirable Skills: Experience delivering projects in a cloud environment. Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Prince2 Agile, or PMI-ACP.
