Agency Care Assistant
Pay rate: £14.01 - £15.69 an hour, weekly pay

Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a difference in people’s lives? We’d like you to join us at Jane Lewis as an Agency Care Assistant in Lampeter and learning disability services.
We are looking for indivduals to provide care to a gentleman in his own home who has C6 Compete Tetraplegia.

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:
Be over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK.
Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle *if applicable*
Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
