Aftersales Manager Location - Chiswick Salary - Ranges up to £45,000 DOE Ref - AMCRS We have a new opportunity for an Aftersales Manager for my clients dealership in Chiswick. Our client is part of an award winning dealer group that are currently experiencing large commercial growth! This role suits an experienced Aftersales Manager who is used to running large teams. Aftersales Manager Role - - Oversee all aspects of the aftersales function, including customer support, service, and parts operations. - Manage and motivate the aftersales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety regulations. - Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the customer experience. Aftersales Manager Requirements - - Must have 2+ years experience in the role. - Must have a Full UK Driving License. - Must have management experience within a main dealership or large independent garage.
