First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home.You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.We have a variety of different packages available ranging from children to adults which you can make a difference on straight away!

Provide 1:1 care to patients in their own home
Use complex care equipment to carry out complex procedures
Build rapport with family members and other staff members
Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practicedRequirements & Skills:
Strong communication & relationship building skills
Patience, eagerness to learn & a positive attitude at all times
A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
A driving licence & access to a vehicle (Desirable but not mandatory)Unfortunately, we do not currently offer sponsorship for overseas candidates
