This position is within the luxury industry and seeks a candidate skilled in handling high-profile clients. The ideal Administrator will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), and strong typing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
* Handling phone calls and responding to inquiries
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
* Assisting Regional Partners with client correspondence
* Taking a proactive role in supporting Regional Partners
* Supporting marketing activities, including mail merges, reports and mail distributions
* Actively promoting the company on social media platforms
* Communicating with clients and addressing any urgent queries
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience as a Team Administrator or Personal Assistant
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
* Collaborative team player
* Articulate with excellent attention to detail
* Based in or near Cranleigh
