Job Description

Benefits for the Logistics administrator include:- Overtime – time and a half Mon-Sat and double time Sunday after 37 hours worked 37 hours per week Mon to Thur 8.30-4.30. Fri 8.30-4pm (flexi-time available) 25 days holidays and 8 bank holidays 5% pension 2 x base salary life insurance & private healthcare Duties for the Logistics administrator include:- • To provide assistance with import and export documentation as directed. • Ensure import & export logs are maintained. • Provide cover in the event of absence/staff holidays • Review and facilitate approval of freight & payment invoices. Skills the Logistics administrator will need:- • Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality. • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Ability to co-operate and work well as part of a team, as well as being able to work under own initiative. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages; Word and Excel COG LTD are acting as an Employment Agency
