This role is for an Interim Administrator in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, with the main focus on secretarial and business support. Client Details Our client is a large-scale player in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, renowned for its commitment to providing top-notch services to its clientele. Description The key responsibilities of a Administrator will include, but may not be limited to; Providing administrative support to the operations team. Coordinating and managing schedules and appointments. Assisting in the preparation of regular reports. Maintaining and updating company databases. Coordinating logistics for team meetings and events. Managing communication between departments. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Profile A successful Administrator should have: An educational background in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in an operations or administrative role. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and database management. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Ability to work 5 days on site based in Chester.
