Job Description

Administrator / Works Planner Kidderminster, Worcestershire Up to £26,294 per annum Do you have experience of working in a busy office environment? If so, we’re recruiting for a Maintenance Works Planner to join our team, taking responsibility for the scheduling and appointment of all works for the responsive repairs, gas and electrical works and voids enabling maximum efficiency within service delivery. As a Maintenance Works Planner, you will effectively plan and track works through to completion, intervening when necessary to rearrange appointments and works to ensure excellent customer service. You’ll support the repairs and servicing teams to forward plan repairs and servicing works and complete and monitor the diary scheduling for the team. Liaising with customers, colleagues and trades people throughout the day, you’ll ensure that all appointments and target dates are met and will be the first point of contact for our Customer Service Centre team if a problem occurs with a confirmed appointment. You will have: * Experience of working in a busy office environment, ideally within a planning role and must hold a range of clerical and administrative skills. * Experience working within a gas related role/team/industry would be advantageous, but this is not essential as training will be given. * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to empathise and deal sensitively with difficult situations. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet conflicting deadlines. * Education to GCSE or NVQ level or hold equivalent experience. * Strong Microsoft Office skills and be a competent IT user.
