Busy workload carrying out administrative and coordinating duties to ensure deadlines are met on a variety of construction projects
Duties:-
* Liaising with Internal and External teams and departments, Suppliers and construction workers
* Organising Training, Medicals and meetings
* Logging of time-sheet hours, holiday and sickness
* Running of reports
* Overseeing Health and Safety briefings
* Organising of supplies for projects
* Various admin duties
Person Spec
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Accurate eye for detail
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
* Proven track record of carrying out administrative duties
* Flexible approach towards working hours and duties
* Outgoing and friendly personality
