Administrator
We're a long-established, family-run vehicle leasing company with over 30 years’ experience in the motor industry. Our aim is to become the UK's leading vehicle leasing company.
Due to our recent rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our driven, fast-paced and rapidly expanding company. You’ll be part of our wonderful Administration team, supporting our busy sales teams and growing customer base.
This is a full-time role, based in our Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire office.
The Role:
* Processing customer orders and finance agreements via our in-house and funder's systems;
* Arranging vehicle deliveries with customers and dealer partners;
* Processing post-delivery paperwork with dealers and funders;
* Managing customers in life and end-of-contract needs such as contract amendments, early terminations and arranging vehicle collections;
* Providing excellent service to our customers and other business areas;
* Liaising with and building strong relationships with our dealer and funder partners;
* Assisting customers with their queries and keeping them informed;
* Maintaining accurate and timely customer records.

This is a busy and varied role within our experienced, friendly and welcoming administration team. It will suit a confident, conscientious person who is eager to learn. On-going training and support will be provided
