Our client, a large reputable housing association is seeking a temporary administrator to start asap covering long term sickness initially but could lead to a longer term position assisting in Disabled Adaptations scheduling.
Initially based in Dereham for training but then remote working available.
£13.14 per hour
40 hours per week
Scope & Responsibilities of the Role
- Provide administrational support to contracts/ project staff, managers and office.
- Manage, organise and update relevant data into systems.
- Use company systems and IT systems to schedule planned adaptation work in social housing.
- Receive and respond to telephone and / or email queries from clients, customers and other colleagues in a timely and
efficient manner.
The main objective of this role is to provide project support and co-ordination to the office and operational contracts and projects as required and to undertake their day to day administration.
Experience
- Strong administration background
- Able to manage own workload.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer Literate
- Good knowledge of all MS Office packages
(Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
- Excellent flexibility and adaptability
- Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be a team player
