Join Our Team as a Band 3 Administrative Assistant!
Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare sector? Brook Street is excited to announce an opening for a Band 3 Administrative Assistant within the Specialist Primary Care Services in Lurgan.
Why Join Us?
Competitive hourly rate of £11.67, paid weekly.
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Initial contract until March 2025, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical staff and teams.
Manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries, directing queries effectively.
Type reports and documents as directed by clinical staff.
Maintain an organised electronic and manual filing system.
Build strong working relationships with managers, staff, and the public.
Schedule appointments and arrange interpreters as needed.
Record discharge files and manage transportation to the Closed File Store.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clerical/administrative role or 2 years in a similar position.How to Apply
