Job Description

Position: Administration Supervisor Location: Nottingham Wholesale Salary: £25,000–£27,000 + Benefits Are you a confident leader with a knack for organization and a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support? We're looking for an Administration Supervisor to take charge of our dynamic office operations and lead a team to success at our busy Nottingham Wholesale branch. What You’ll Do: * Lead the Team: Manage and inspire a small team of admin staff and cashiers to achieve excellence. * Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee daily office administration, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are streamlined. * Be the Go-To Expert: Resolve customer and supplier queries, manage ledgers, and support stock reconciliation. * Drive Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager, sales team, and remote finance department to optimize operations. * Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in a professional office environment. What We’re Looking For: * Proven leadership experience, ideally in FMCG or wholesale (3+ years). * Strong knowledge of sales and purchase ledgers, cash handling, and credit control. * A natural problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with wholesale systems is a plus. * A confident, adaptable, and team-focused individual ready to take on a challenge.
