💰 Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (based on experience)
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to take ownership of an end-to-end accounts receivable process? My client is hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic sports environment where you'll be key in managing financial controls and revenue recognition across multiple income streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
Maintain strong communication with Commercial and Events sales teams
Reconcile customer payments, invoices, and bank transactions
Monitor outstanding debts and conduct credit control activities
Prepare monthly debtors control reports and assist with financial reconciliations
Support different departments in collating and reporting sales figures
Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including audits
Essential Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience within the Accounts Receivable process
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Effective written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
✔ A proactive team player with a professional approach
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
➕ Experience with Oracle NetSuite
