Accounts Administrator Our client, located in Shipdham, are currently seeking a Accounts Administrator to join their well-established team. This is a full time, temporary ongoing assignment, working Monday – Friday. Our client is ideally looking for someone who is available immediately. Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: * Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. * Experience working within an Accounts/Finance environment is essential. * Previous experience within an administrative, front of house or similar role. * Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team. * Proactive and methodical approach to your workload. * Communicate effectively and confidently with people at all levels As the Receptionist, you will be able to undertake a variety of different duties. Key Responsibilities: * Meeting and greeting visitors and customers at the main reception * Bank reconciliations, raising sales orders, sorting credit card receipts * Taking payments * Covering incoming calls and queries * Photocopying, Scanning and filing * Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues * Support with other general office duties For further details regarding this exciting opportunity please forward a copy of your CV today!
