Job Title: Account Director (Commercial Sales)
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £50-60k (DOE) + Bonuses/Commission
Our client, a well-established IT solutions provider, is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Director to build and lead a new sales division.
Main Duties of the Role
* Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the Commercial Sales team.
* Build and manage relationships with key IT vendors and partners (Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).
* Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts.
* Lead sales initiatives, achieve revenue targets, and develop key industry relationships.
* Organise and attend client meetings, industry events, and technology seminars.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven sales and account management experience, ideally in IT networking.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
