The Role: Strategic Impact: Develop tailored strategies to address the unique challenges faced by healthcare clients. Your work will help improve critical healthcare services. Relationship Building: Work closely with senior stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Results-Driven: Set and achieve goals, analyse data for improvements, and solve challenges quickly. Adaptable and Empathetic: Understand client needs, adapt to changing dynamics, and maintain a customer-first approach. Stability and Continuity: Develop robust processes and systems to deliver consistent, dependable support and tailored solutions, ensuring clients experience seamless service and unwavering reliability. What You’ll Bring: Proven Account Management Experience: 5+ years’ experience in the connectivity or telecoms industry Healthcare Industry Expertise: Experience of healthcare and working with the NHS Regulatory Expertise & Market Insight: Combine deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends to deliver strategic, innovative solutions. Exceptional communication skills: Articulate complex solutions clearly, confidently and with empathy. Customer Focus: You have worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate technical solutions into business value, while building lasting relationships. What’s in It for You?
