Job Title: Cradle Engineer / Access Engineer / BMU Engineer / Fall Protection Technician
Location: Primarily London, with occasional travel to Liverpool, Manchester, and across the UK

Specializing in cradle systems, safety wire systems, and a wide range of fall protection solutions, this company is dedicated to delivering excellence in design, installation, and maintenance.
We are expanding our team and are looking for Cradle Engineers, Access Engineers, and Fall Protection Technicians to join our dynamic and innovative workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Service, Repair, and Maintenance: Perform regular servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on cradle systems to ensure safety and functionality.
Installation: Assist in installing cradle systems and associated equipment, adhering to technical standards and company protocols.
Manual and Electrical Systems: Work with both manual and electrical cradle systems, ensuring smooth operation and reliability.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry standards.
Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while collaborating with the broader team.
Travel and Onsite Work: Operate primarily in London, with occasional travel to projects across the UK, including Liverpool and Manchester.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining cradle systems (for Lead Engineers).
Basic knowledge of cradle systems (for Junior Engineers - full training provided).
Technical qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not essential).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
A valid UK driving license (mandatory).
Flexibility to travel and stay away from home for projects as needed.

External training courses after a successful 6-month probation.
Overtime Pay:
1.5x for overtime on weekdays and Saturdays.
2x for Sundays and bank holidays.

Working Hours
Standard: 40 hours per week (starting at 8/9 AM).
Overtime: Applicable for work/travel exceeding 10 hours per day.
