Can you help underachieving students with their A-levels? Looking to encourage students to achieve their highest potential? If so, read on! About the role - Academic mentor I am working with this mainstream 6th form school in Tottenham who are looking for an Academic Mentor to join them in Jan 2025. As an Academic mentor, you will be required to support the classroom teacher with the classroom duties, provide one to one support with students and small group intervention to maintain and develop students' knowledge on Maths A-level subject. The successful Academic mentor must have a positive and confident approach with strong subject knowledge and a personality that will inspire students. The main purpose of this role is to encourage students to achieve their highest potential. The successful applicant will have excellent educational qualifications, including exceptional A Levels (or equivalent) and a strong undergraduate degree and a genuine passion for their subject.
