HR Advisor - Well-Being & Absence We are seeking a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor to join a dynamic and well-established organisation. This role focuses on absence management, well-being, and family-friendly policies, offering an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced environment. About the Role As an HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR advice to managers, helping them navigate absence and well-being matters. Your role will involve managing HR cases, offering expert guidance, and ensuring the best outcomes for both the business and its colleagues. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a range of HR cases with a focus on absence management and well-being. * Provide advice on flexible working and family-friendly policies. * Coach and support managers to enhance their people management skills. * Ensure all case details are accurately recorded and resolved within deadlines. * Prepare and review formal documentation, offering constructive feedback to managers. * Deliver practical HR solutions that align with employment law and company policies. What We’re Looking For: * A proven track record in managing HR cases. * Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. * Organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure. * A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges. * Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
