An Onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer (365, Exchange, Azure, Support) is sought by a leading IT services provider to deliver high-quality technical support to a range of business clients. As an Onsite 2nd Line Support Engineer (365, Exchange, Azure, Support), you’ll bring hands-on expertise to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
To excel in this role, you’ll need experience in:
• Troubleshooting and resolving escalated 2nd line support issues (hardware, software, and networking).
• Experience supporting Intune MDM
• Supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Handling network configurations and maintenance (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP).
• VIP / White glove support
