Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer Location: Central Liverpool Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take on new challenges? We're seeking a proactive and skilled 2nd Line IT Support Technician to be the go-to expert for resolving more complex IT issues. You'll play a key role in supporting our colleagues, ensuring they have the technology they need to be at their best. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support to resolve technical issues and queries. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and systems. Collaborate with 1st line support to ensure smooth escalation of complex issues. Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on problem-solving. Requirements: Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 stack, and network troubleshooting. Other applications and technologies including virtualisation, cloud support Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
